This past weekend was a 4-day weekend for us here in Germany.
We didn't want to travel too far from home so we decided to make a 2 to 2.5 hour drive over to the Alsace wine region in France.
We started our trip off by staying in Strasbourg, France the first night, then covered the towns of Colmar, Eguisheim, and Ribeauville over the following days. Each town kept getting smaller & smaller throughout the weekend. They were all very charming and picturesque!
Here are some photos from our weekend in France! :)

32 Week Maternity Photos in France Photo Credits: Andy Kim Photography (LOL!!)
I'm 32 weeks and 2 days pregnant today!
Here's a quick update on how I'm doing:
Physically - My hands & feet are becoming sausages! The worst part is that my joints seems to be swelling up too. I feel like I have arthritis in my hands & feet! I now know what it feels like to be old and feel a little bit more sympathetic towards those who suffer from joint pain. My belly measurement (fundal height) seems to be right on schedule but I have no idea how I can support anything larger!! I have 8 weeks left and it's scary to think how much bigger I'm going to get!! Ahhh!!! Hoping the growth isn't as fast as the past month.
Working out? I'm still trying to get myself to the gym at least a few times a week but it's getting really hard. My work outs are much slower so I'm trying my best to stay longer. As much as I hate the gym these days, I'm hoping it will help after baby. I also know it will drive me mad during the months I'm restricted from physical activity if I don't take advantage now.
Cravings - I occasionally have cravings for sweet desserts (ice cream, cake, pastries, etc) but I really try hard not to give into them. I do indulge when we're on vacation though. Fruits help!
Otherwise, I don't have any other cravings or aversions.
Baby Activity - Baby girl is moving all day and all night!! It's unbelievable how active she is. Sometimes her turns/kicks are so strong they startle me. At least twice a day I feel her having the hiccups too, which are pretty funny. Sometimes I think she gets annoyed of me though - I'm always rubbing her butt or foot when I can feel it. Hehe.
Looking forward to - Tomorrow will be my 32 week appointment and the first appointment without Andy. I know he's really upset so hopefully I'll be able to send him a fun picture of our baby girl. It's supposed to be harder to capture a good ultrasound picture at this point because of the baby's size, but I'm crossing my fingers as it should give us a better idea of what she'll look like! :D
Anyway... during our trip to France, Andy decided to take on the role of my photographer and snapped some maternity photos for me. With some direction, I think he did a pretty awesome job! :) Thanks husband!!
